ASTROPHYLLITE

A rare Silicate Mineral that takes its name from the Greek language 'astron' and 'phyllon' meaning 'star' and 'leaf'. Astrophyllite has distinctive golden spikes formed by volcanic activity, it is only found in a few remote locations around the world.
