ASTROPHYLLITE

A rare Silicate Mineral that takes its name from the Greek language 'astron' and 'phyllon' meaning 'star' and 'leaf'. Astrophyllite has destinctive golden spikes formed by volcanic activity, it is only found in a few remote locations around the world.
