VARISCITE

A rare Hydrated Aluminium Phosphate mineral, named after 'Varisca' the historical name for the Vogtland area in Germany, where it was discovered in 1837. Variscite has now been found in many places in the world where Turquoise is present. The green colour is created by Chromium. The Gemstone has grounding properties and is connected with prosperity.
