Although size, colour and pattern vary slightly they have been graded for good quality and consistency.

"Hydro Amethyst" typically refers to hydrothermal Quartz, which is a
lab-grown (synthetic) gemstone. Manufacturers crush low-grade, natural
Quartz and regrow it using heat and water to create a perfect,
flawless purple crystal that mimics natural amethyst.
